Floor refit in Westpac Tower
Design & shop drawings to recondition the existing 40-year-old CV units supplied from the chiller and boiler.
Modify ductwork to provide a clean appearance of exposed services
Design new BMS, flow valves, etc for the floor mechanical system
Upgrade the existing DB and supply new server cabinet
Cable tray installation
New LED lighting, power and data throughout including high end feature lighting
Electrical for mechanical by Fantail including high level BMS controls 3-month project for Fantail
